The Love Freq (pronounced like freak) was inspired by 528Hz, often called The Love Frequency. It's a frequency I've always been drawn to and record most of my music in, and it inspired me to create something that goes beyond just the songs themselves.

Through The Love Freq, I host retreats, create intimate musical experiences, and have built a community I call like to call The Love Freqs! It's where I get to bring together so much of what I love about music, personal growth and wellness, and all the things that come with being human.

The Love Freq is all about connection… to ourselves, to the people around us, and maybe even to something beyond us.

The music is just the beginning. 💓
